When will my order ship?
Made to order items will ship within 4-5 weeks depending on current production time. Ready to Ship items will ship within 2-3 business days. If you need a made to order item sooner than 4-5 weeks please contact me first to check production times. twosnugglebugs@gmail.com
Why do "made to order" items take so long?
I am a small business and I do all the cutting, sewing, packaging, and shipping on my own. I am also a mom to two very busy kids and I try to maintain a balance between working and being a mom. Sometimes orders will ship before the due date which means happy mail that much sooner. If there will be a delay or I have any problems, I do contact my customers to give them updates.
